Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide!

Spa Cosmetics Ltd. has contracted with Global-e to handle all aspects of international export and delivery.

Based on your choice of products, at checkout you will be offered one or more shipping methods, each with a different service level and at a different cost.

Shipping charges vary by country and by the parameters of your specific order, and will be calculated and shown to you as part of the checkout process.

In addition, if you select express shipping, you will be offered the option to prepay all import duties and taxes to your country (if applicable) for a guaranteed landed cost (note that the landed cost option may not be available for certain destinations and/or products).

 

We partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Spa Cosmetics products to over 200 destinations worldwide!

When you buy your Spa Cosmetics products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// Spa Cosmetics**, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order).

Return and Refund Policy

 International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unused and unopened purchased items. Please note that we cannot accept any goods back if the original package was opened.

All international orders must be returned to Global-e and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. In order to return items please email our customer service at international@spa-cosmetics.com with your purchase details to receive your RMA number and return instructions.

Please note that we cannot offer free international returns.

Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products plus duties, taxes and fees (if prepaid). Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be processed up to 5 business days from receipt of the goods in Global-e's international hub.

Please note that returns sent without a valid RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.
